  • Repetition!  Establish a routine and stick with it.  
  • Push yourself! Make the workouts challenging and don’t be afraid to make mistakes.
  • Be patient! Improvement takes time.
  • Have fun!  Use your imagination during workouts.
  • Keep it interesting! Try new videos every 3-4 weeks to keep the workouts fresh.
